At Zvenix Prints, all products are made to order using Print-on-Demand technology. Because of this, we have a specific return policy.
Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligible Returns:
- Manufacturing defects (misprint, damaged product, wrong item received)
- Wrong item shipped
Non-Returnable:
- Change of mind / size / color / design
- Used or worn products
- Products without original packaging
How to Return:
- Contact us at support@zvenixprints.com within 30 days with your Order ID and clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will review and approve the return if eligible.
- Approved returns will receive a return shipping label (if applicable).
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
- Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible.
Note: We work with multiple Print-on-Demand partners. Return timelines may vary slightly depending on the product and fulfillment center. We are committed to resolving any genuine issues as quickly as possible.
